How many CME credits could I earn from the 2023 Spring Forum?
You can earn a maximum of 18.0 live CME credits from this meeting; all credits are deemed Florida Prescribed.

The 2023 Summer Forum includes a 2-hour presentation on Domestic Violence, which satisfies the State of Florida mandatory requirement.

Will this meeting satisfy the 12-hour, live Florida requirements for CME credit hours?

How do I claim CME credits?
Complete and submit the activity evaluation. An evaluation link will be emailed to all registered attendees on June 30, 2023. Attendees must participate in real time (virtually or in-person), to claim credits for this live activity.

Will FAFP report my CME credits to AAFP and CE Broker?
Yes, CME credits earned from this live hybrid meeting will be reported to AAFP and CE Broker within 30 days, provided you have completed and successfully submitted the evaluation.

How do I get/print my CME Certificate?
Your CME certificate will be emailed and will be available for printing after you have submitted the activity evaluation.

Can I ask questions to speakers during the meeting?
Yes. Use the Q&A to submit questions to speakers. The moderator will facilitate the live Q&A portion and ask the question(s) to the speakers on the attendee’s behalf. Do not use the “chat” box to submit your questions as this is not monitored by the moderators.
